I got 10 hours of sleep, guys.
I went to bed at 9pm and woke up at 7am. I’m now having breakfast in bed with my laptop and heater. It’s going to be such a lovely day.

Only downside to working out before class?
I’m on such a time limit. I saved the treadmill for last and ran for 25 minutes this morning. I finally caught my second breath around 17 minutes. So I only got to enjoy 8 minutes of my run, bummer. I would have loved to run longer but I had class. Poohie.

Ran for 30 minutes straight this morning!
That’s a new personal record! I ended up doing about 2.75 miles. I’m super proud. I’m going to try to stop counting calories so much and be more “calorie conscious.” I don’t want to count calories for the rest of my life and since I’m working out regularly now, I think it’s a good time to make that transition. Hopefully I don’t screw up with...
