Just made the best smoothie ever. After the best...
I skipped the morning workout to study and worked out this afternoon after my test. Cardio after hammering a test? Yes, please. Throw in some Modest Mouse and The Killers and it can only get better. Between 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the treadmill I burned 575 calories. Freak yeah.
And I’m currently eating the most delicious smoothie of my life:

I got caught up indulging with friends Thursday,...
But today has been wonderful. I’ve eaten so clean and have really been exciting about trying new workout methods and just being proactive about everything. Days like today need to come more often. Homework is about the only downside. But only one more week of that before SPRING BREAK! skdjhflksdda;

I got 10 hours of sleep, guys.
I went to bed at 9pm and woke up at 7am. I’m now having breakfast in bed with my laptop and heater. It’s going to be such a lovely day.

Only downside to working out before class?
I’m on such a time limit. I saved the treadmill for last and ran for 25 minutes this morning. I finally caught my second breath around 17 minutes. So I only got to enjoy 8 minutes of my run, bummer. I would have loved to run longer but I had class. Poohie.
