Ran for 30 minutes straight this morning!

That’s a new personal record! I ended up doing about 2.75 miles. I’m super proud. I’m going to try to stop counting calories so much and be more “calorie conscious.” I don’t want to count calories for the rest of my life and since I’m working out regularly now, I think it’s a good time to make that transition. Hopefully I don’t screw up with this mindset.
